• Service Agreements — All event medical services are governed by a separate written service agreement executed between Guardian and the client prior to the event date.
• Scope of Services — The specific scope of medical coverage, staffing levels, and equipment provided will be defined in the applicable service agreement.
• Limitations — Guardian's services are provided as a supplement to, not a replacement for, local emergency medical services (EMS). In life-threatening emergencies, 911 should always be called.
• Cancellation — Cancellation terms and any applicable fees are outlined in the individual service agreement.
• Liability — Guardian's liability for any claims arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for those services under the applicable service agreement.
